Entry Criteria: Russian Certificate of Complete Secondary Education (or equivalent), with school-leaving Unified State Examination results in History, Foreign Language, and Russian

Languages available: German, English, Arabic (for the theology of Islam), Latin, Ancient Greek, Church Slavonic (for Christian theology).

Programme Overview

Religious diversity has become a major political issue in democratic societies. Religious conflicts are on the rise.The need for mediation in conflict resolution is stronger than ever. The programme aims to provide a thorough grounding in theology and humanities as well as research skills.
Though students will be required to focus on Christianity, in the course of training, they are introduced to the doctrinal foundations of other religions. Our graduates are highly qualified specialists in the field of state-confessional relations.
