Daria Saaya, 3rd year student of the Faculty of Translation and Interpreting, about her internship at Okan University-Istanbul

Going on an internship is an experience that allows you to gain a lot of new knowledge, friends, and also changes you as a person.

The semester spent in Istanbul was a real adventure, full of unforgettable events and impressions.

Studying at a university in Turkey not only provides a quality education, but also helps to improve your language skills and broaden your horizons.

Of course, as with any endeavor, it was not without difficulties. Adaptation to the new environment, language barrier - all this was a hindrance at first. However, thanks to the support of teachers and friends, I was able to quickly join the team.

One of the main advantages of the internship is the opportunity to completely immerse yourself in the culture of Turkey and meet many new friends who will help you improve your language as you communicate with them. In addition, I learned to communicate effectively with people from different cultures.

Returning home, I feel like a different person - more purposeful and confident. This experience will stay with me forever.
