Double Degree Program with the University of Pisa

On September 18, 2022, there was an online presentation of master's theses by students of the Faculty of Translation Polina Fedorova and Yulia Ivakina aimed at validating them. The students studied in the 2021/2022 academic year at the University of Pisa under the double-degree program "Linguistics and Translation Studies" implemented jointly by MSLU and the Italian university.

In June 2022, the State Examination Commission noted the high level of presentations, the scientific significance of the works submitted. Validation is a necessary step for our masters to obtain a diploma from the University of Pisa.

During the online meeting, the students expressed their gratitude to faculty and staff for the opportunity and the experience gained during the trip.

The double degree program involves studying at a foreign partner university for one to three semesters. Upon graduation, the student receives a diploma from a foreign partner university and a MSLU diploma.
