The University of Veracruz Is Our New Partner

On May 21, MSLU Rector Irina A. Kraeva and other university authorities hosted a delegation from the University of Veracruz (Mexico) headed by its Rector Sarah Ladron de Guevara. The meeting was also attended by Her Excellency Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Mexico to the Russian Federation Norma Pensado Moreno. The parties signed a cooperation agreement between MSLU and the University of Veracruz, the first agreement ever with a university in Mexico in MSLU’s long record of international cooperation.
The University of Veracruz is in the top five public institutions of higher education in Mexico for the number of students. It offers more than 300 educational programmes, including foreign languages.
MSLU has an extensive record of cooperation with educational institutions of Latin America. It also has a Center for Ibero-American Programmes and a Research and Education Center for Latin America.
