Completion of the second program “Internship in Russia - a step to success!”

On July 23, MSLU Rector Irina Kraeva presented certificates of successful completion of studies to nine Cuban program participants from the University of Havana, Oriente University, Artemisa University, University of Information Sciences of Havana, University of Cienfuegos, Havana Technological University. José Antonio Echeverría and the Central University “Marta Abreu” de Las Villas.

The rector noted that our university hosts for the second time, and expressed satisfaction that the signed cooperation agreements between our university and universities in Cuba are bearing fruit. Elena Aleksandrova, dean of Institute for International Educational Programs, and Alexandra Vanichkina, dean of Information Sciences Institute, congratulated the program participants on their successful completion and presented them with the Spanish version of the Russian as a foreign language textbook “We Walk Together.”

MSLU, within the framework of the state assignment of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation, implemented a comprehensive internship program for Cuban students on the territory of the Russian Federation. They studied Russian as a foreign language, English, and also listened to lectures on the core disciplines of their areas (“Information Sciences,” “Methods of Teaching Foreign Languages,” “Russian as a foreign language").
