Linguistic-Cultural Project Great Britain: History, Literature, Arts Completed at MSLU

On April 22, the Center of the English Language and Culture of MSLU conducted the final stage of the annual university-wide linguistic-cultural project Great Britain: History, Literature, Arts. Two significant events took place within the project: a student conference and a gala concert dedicated to the English Language Day and the birthday of William Shakespeare.

The student conference summarized students’ work for more than five months. The principal difference of this conference from other scientific and practical student conferences was the topics of the reports, which were selected by students depending on their areas of interest.

The concert which followed the conference consisted of sixteen different numbers: English songs of various years, national and contemporary dance, poems, scenes from television series and so on and so forth.
