Volunteering Programme for 2017 World Festival of Youth and Students Launched

On November, 28 MSLU saw the launch of the Volunteering Programme for the World Festival of Youth and Students to be held in Sochi next year. As a volunteers recruiting and training site, MSLU is engaged in providing organizational and linguistic support for this large-scale event.

Elizaveta Zelenkova and Dmitry Reshetov, heads of MSLU's Volunteer Training Center, told the students gathered at the Assembly Hall about the Festival and its objectives, presented the Programme and explained how to apply. They focused on the benefits of volunteering which allows young people to gain experience, get a head start on a successful career path and also to contribute to cross-cultural, interethnic dialogue.
